WHAT IS THE UCC?
The Universal Cosmic Council or UCC is an organization created by its galactic members to address “universal” issues. It consists of 7 former galaxy presidents each elected for 11 year terms. They decide smaller issues like allowing people to change their birthday and larger issues like allowing planets to change their gravitational pull to adjust the flow of rivers. The UCC never imposes its rules; it simply grants opportunities to its member galaxies and planets to accomplish their goals.
Although the UCC has sanctioned your right to change your birthday, it is not recognized by the governments of Earth for legal purposes. It is recognized in the rest of the Universe, though, to the best of our knowledge!

ABOUT THE FOUNDER
Hello. I’m Nilo Grassmere and this is the story of how Changeyourbirthday.com came about. Believe me, it’s all true.
While time traveling through some friendly galaxies, I stopped by a typical social club for some conversation. While waiting at the bar for my drink, I struck up a conversation with some other time travelers who were interested in my home planet, Earth. They laughed immediately when I told them what Earth meant.
“Why would anyone name their planet “dirt”? Jare, the first traveler asked.
“Who did that?” Erat, the other traveler chimed in.
We fellow time travelers then compared notes about the differences in our respective planets. We shared many laughs about the funny ways each planet’s culture handled things. When I told them about how humans are born and the annual day of celebration they became truly puzzled.
“You mean, the day you become a physical being on Earth is your birthday?” Jare asked.
“Hmm. Yes, of course,” I answered.
“So, you celebrate your first day as your birthday every year?” Erat asked.
This is when I became was a little puzzled.
“So, you have no choice in when your birthday is celebrated? You can’t change the date if you wanted or needed to?” They asked.
“Ha, now that is a funny thought.” I responded. “No one on Earth can change their birthday.”
Jare continued, “That’s funny to us. On every planet we have ever visited you can always change your birthday at least once a year. It’s your birthday.”
“So, how does this happen?” I asked.
“The United Cosmic Counsel (UCC) can grant this ability to any planet. So, no one has this franchise on Earth?” Jare inquired.
“Nope.” I stated without hesitation.
“So, if we can introduce you to the UCC and they agree to give you the official franchise on Earth can we be your intergalactic partners?”
“That sounds great. Deal!” I answered.
“Done and done.” They responded.
Well, the rest is history, I guess. Jare, Erat, and myself made it to the UCC and the UCC was happy to grant us the exclusive franchise for Earth to change your birthday.

After entering your information, you will be able to immediately download a PDF certificate announcing your new birthday. You will also receive an e-mail within 7 minutes of completing all steps required to change your birthday. If you don’t receive this e-mail please re-enter your e-mail address here (hot link) and we will resend you your certificate.

How many times a year can I change my birthday (and birth year)?
Here at ChangeYourBirthday.com, we firmly believe that it is YOUR birthday, so if you want to celebrate all year long, go ahead and change it as many times as you want-it’s your birthday!
If I change my birthday this year but not next year will it revert to my old birthday?
Yes. The UCC change of birthday is for one year only. During that year we will “suspend” your old birthday. However, after one year your old birthday will automatically be reinstated unless you choose otherwise.
